Account Restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporate accounts must be created by authorized representatives. One person may not maintain multiple accounts without our express permission.

- Reverse engineering or attempting to access our source code

- Using our platform to facilitate money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
- Violating any applicable financial regulations or tax laws
Data and Privacy Rights
Your Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all expense data, receipts, and financial information you upload to our platform. We provide tools and storage to help you manage this information effectively, but the underlying data remains yours.
Platform License
By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your expense data solely for the purpose of providing our tracking and reporting services. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data, but you remain responsible for maintaining secure access practices on your end.
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain consistent platform availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or other factors may occasionally affect access to our expense tracking tools.
Platform Updates
We regularly update our platform to improve functionality and security. Major changes that affect core features will be communicated to users in advance when possible. Minor improvements and bug fixes may be implemented without prior notice.
Service Discontinuation
Should we ever discontinue our services, we will provide at least 90 days advance notice and offer tools to help you export your expense data. We understand the importance of your financial records and will work to ensure smooth transitions.
Payment Terms and Billing
Our expense tracking platform operates on a subscription basis with various plan options to meet different user needs. Payment terms depend on your selected subscription level.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected term
- Free trial periods, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy available on our website
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
Limitation of Liability
While we work diligently to provide accurate and reliable expense tracking tools, we cannot guarantee that our platform will meet every specific need or expectation. Users should maintain backup records of important financial data.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so these restrictions may not apply to all users.
Account Termination
Voluntary Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days to facilitate data export if needed.
Termination for Cause
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose security risks to our platform or other users. We will provide notice when possible, though immediate termination may be necessary in severe cases.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law and the laws applicable to businesses operating in Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through the Vietnamese legal system.
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action. Many issues can be addressed through our customer support channels more efficiently than through formal legal proceedings.
